This is our FAQ's page where you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions.

What do I need to supply for the party?

You need to supply the guests, seating and any food and drinks you want to serve. We provide everything else!

Do you offer kid's parties?

Yes we do. We will do parties for a minimum of 10 kids. For more information please check our Pricing page and Policy page.

What is the minimum for the adult parties?

We reguire atleast 5 adults to hold a party!

How long are the parties?

Parties will typically last 2.5 hours depending on the size. Set up time is 45-60 mins before the guests arrive or the party starts.

What does it include?

Includes set up & take down with minimal mess and fast clean up.

If i am unable to go through with the party, can I get a refund?

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR YOUR DEPOSIT. HOWEVER** YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR PAINT PARTY & RESCHEDULE. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS & GIVE A 24 HOUR NOTICE BEFORE CANCELLATION.

Why is a deposit required?

IF YOU DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR PAINT PARTY. THE DATE WILL NOT BE BOOKED AND WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO THE NEXT CLIENT WHO BOOKS WITH A DEPOSIT.

What form of payment do you take?

*Payment method includes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. The invoice on your Bank Statement will show as Tote & Go Canvas LLC.

Why did I name my business Tote & Go?

Because I put all my supply in a tote & go to you. Tote & Go is now a registered trademark. Canvas is because I wanted a word to describe my business. Everyone thinks I paint totes, or bags.
